- All items are shipped via Australia Post on the same day payment is received, except where items are out of stock. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination. All of our products have their weights listed on the product page so you can estimate how much the shipping is going to cost. Alternatively, you can calculate your shipping charge on your shopping cart once you have added all the products you want to buy. Overseas shipping rates will be provided on request. - RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. We are dedicated to providing the very best products and want you to be as pleased with your purchases as we are to supply them. All items are dispatched in good condition and packaged appropriately for shipping. However, you may return defective items within 14 days and a replacement will be shipped to you. Sale items are not returnable. If you have an item to return, please contact us using the contact form and provide the following information:

- ORDERING
- Pawfect Pooch website features an online Shopping Cart that enables you to purchase products online and pay with either PayPal, Visa or MasterCard (via PayPal). Once your payment is received, your order will be mailed on the same day.
- To order online
- Please enter the quantity of the item required and click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. Your item(s) will be added to your shopping cart and will appear in the "My Cart" box on the right hand side of the web page. You can continue browsing our products and add other items as you go. At any time you can view the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the item link in the "My Cart" box and modify the quantity, remove an item and get an estimate on shipping charge. If you have a discount code, you can apply this in the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on the "Checkout" button in the "My Cart" box and proceed with entering your delivery, shipping and payment information.

- All prices are in Australian dollars. We are a small business and therefore we do not charge you GST.
- VIEWING ORDERS
- You need to be registered for an account and log in to be able to view your current and past orders. After you log in, click on the "My Account" link on the top of the web page. On the "My Account" page, click on "My Orders" link on the left hand side of the page. You can then view the details of your current and past orders, as well as track the status of your current order.
- UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
- Log in to your account and click on the "My Account" link on the top of the web page. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Account Information" link on the left hand side of the page. You can modify your name, email address and change your password on this page. If you need to change your address, click on the "Address Book" link on the "My Account" page. You can specify different addresses for billing and shipping, as well as having multiple shipping addresses.
